Yareta is the intelligence layer for people decisions. We model what success looks like in your organisation, predict how likely someone is to achieve it, and tell you what to do to improve the odds, inside the workflow you already use. The engine is built on Cambridge-validated psychometric science and linked to real performance outcomes, so it gets sharper with every decision it informs.
Who it’s for. Investors use Yareta to assess founders and management teams. Organisations use it to hire and develop their people. People consultancies, including executive search, leadership advisory and outplacement firms, use it to bring predictive evidence to the assessments and recommendations they make for their clients. Charities use it to identify and support the potential of the people they serve.
How it works. Every use case starts with a Success Framework: a structured definition of what high performance looks like for a specific role or team. It covers six dimensions: requirements, skills, competencies, traits, culture and motivation. Each framework is built from reference cohorts of people who went on to succeed in comparable roles, then localised to the customer’s brief. The same engine also models your high-performing teams, with live reporting that updates as outcomes come in.

Yareta has built a library of proprietary Success Frameworks: data-driven definitions of what high performance looks like for a given role, team or use case. Customers use a pre-built framework or commission a bespoke one, localised to their brief by our psychologists. We integrate with their existing CRM and ATS so their own outcomes feed the model.
We then build a behavioural profile of each person from materials they’ve already produced (CVs, decks, financial models, interview transcripts) and give them a Success Framework Score: how closely they match what success looks like for that role. Each score comes with a confidence level based on the quality of the evidence provided. Scoring draws on third-party data, Yareta’s outcome data and the customer’s own.
Every score is linked to real outcomes, from a promotion to a unicorn exit. As outcomes accumulate, each framework is calibrated against them and sharpens at pinpointing the behaviours that predict success or signal a team breakdown. Once a framework’s predictive validity is proven, its score becomes a Predictive Number.
The output is a sourced report with the score (or Predictive Number, where available), its confidence level and recommended next actions. You make the decision.
The same engine serves investors, hiring organisations, people consultancies, and charities on a usage or licence fee.
