Product components

Yareta is delivered as a small set of API-backed products on a single front end. At onboarding you choose investor / organisation / people consultancy / charity / school. That flag controls which modules appear. APIs and scoring are the same across use cases.

You can use Yareta as your core platform, or build frameworks in Yareta and connect via API or CRM so scores flow into your own system. Integrations are managed, so you don’t need to write code to get value from your CRM.

1. Reference data and science

A library of validated psychological constructs and role-specific Success Frameworks, plus benchmark cohorts of real people with known outcomes. Constructs are academically anchored, developed with partners including the University of Cambridge.

2. Success Framework Builder

Frameworks sit on two axes:

  • Job level: CEO, CFO, CTO, analyst, graduate, function lead, and similar
  • Stage of use: hiring, investment, performance, turnaround, and similar

Each framework carries six components:

ComponentRole in scoring
SkillsDemonstrable capabilities
RequirementsHard filters (experience, credentials, constraints)
CompetenciesHow work gets done
CultureFit with how the organisation actually operates
MotivationWhat drives the person in this context
TraitsAnchored psychological constructs

Frameworks can be pre-built (role benchmarks) or bespoke (localised to your brief by our psychologists). They calibrate as outcomes come in (see Outcome and calibration layer). See Success Frameworks.

Charities and schools typically use validated frameworks Yareta provides rather than building their own.

3. Yareta Assessment (Yareta DNA)

An optional ~12-minute psychometric producing a profile across six domains:

Grit · Execution · Self-Belief · Vision & Purpose · Leadership · Discipline

These domains break down into 25 anchored sub-traits. The assessment raises confidence in any score it contributes to. Where enabled, an Insights instrument (from Insights, a strategic partner) extends coverage beyond the core trait set. See Yareta Assessment.

4. Scoring engine

A single deterministic engine plus a framework-configuration library scores a person in real time across all six components. One engine, config-driven, not a separate product per job title.

Language models never generate or adjust a score. They are used only for text-to-construct inference and evidence-to-narrative writing. A validation step checks this before output is returned. Scorecards record the engine version and the framework/config version. See How it works.

5. Outcome and calibration layer (the predictive layer)

Every score is linked to what actually happened next: hired, promoted, raised, exited, and how a team performed. Outcomes come from three sources: Yareta’s proprietary outcome datasets, customer CRM and ATS integrations, and completed mandates.

As outcomes accumulate, the layer:

  • Recalibrates framework weightings toward the components that actually predicted success or breakdown. Changes ship as a new framework version, and the scoring engine stays deterministic. Past scores are never silently changed.
  • Builds Team Success Frameworks from teams that succeeded or broke down, by function and company stage.
  • Scores people in context, against the team and environment they’d join, not just the role on paper.
  • Promotes a framework’s score to a Predictive Number once its predictive validity is proven against real outcomes. Until then, it remains a Success Framework Score.

Bespoke frameworks calibrate on your own outcomes. Pre-built frameworks calibrate on Yareta’s cross-customer data. See Calibration.

6. Confidence model

Every score carries a Low / Medium / High band based on the quality and quantity of evidence on file (CV, transcript, psychometric, notes and other documents). Thin evidence doesn’t mean poor fit. See How scoring works: Confidence.

7. Reports and outputs

  • Success Framework Score, or Predictive Number where the framework has earned one
  • Real-time management due diligence (fit, flags, value-creation drivers, probing questions)
  • Individual and team reports, including team coverage, concentration and gaps across anyone scored on the same framework
  • Executive benchmark profiles for development and charity programmes
  • An auto-updating management snapshot as new evidence arrives

Reports degrade gracefully when data is thin, showing lower confidence plus a checklist of what would raise it. Different report types and tiers run on the same pipeline (see Billing).

8. Platform and delivery

ChannelTypical use
app.yareta.aiDay-to-day workspace (recommended for most users)
CRM & ATS (Attio, HubSpot, Airtable)Recommended entry point: evidence in, scores and outcomes back
Public APIsAssessment embed, Zapier, OAuth partner apps

Customers are not expected to be engineers. Yareta, or your customer-success contact, can complete first-time CRM mapping with you.
