Does Yareta decide who we hire or back?
No. It scores and explains. A named human always decides.
Is this just another personality quiz?
No. Frameworks combine hard requirements with inferred psychology from real work artefacts, optional psychometrics, and — where you use it — outcome-informed calibration.
Where do the numbers come from?
A deterministic scoring engine, against your Success Framework. Language models write narrative and help interpret text; they do not invent or edit scores.
How long is the assessment?
About 12 minutes.
Can we use our own Hogan reports?
Yes — Hogan and Yareta instruments today. Ask if you need another publisher.
Do charities build their own frameworks?
Usually no. They use validated frameworks Yareta provides.
Can we run more than one framework?
Yes — for example CEO, CFO, and CTO in parallel.
Can we score people we did not source?
Where your contract includes it, Yareta can surface people from its assessed network who fit your framework; you then request access.
Does it work for teams, not just individuals?
Yes — coverage, concentration, gaps, and support for composing teams. See Teams.
Can we put a psychologist in the loop?
Yes — request it in the product. That sits on top of the automated report.

Yes, when enabled for your tenant.
Can one person be in two organisations?
Yes if invited. Switch in settings.
Integrations
Must we use CRM?
No, but it is the recommended operating model for funds and high-volume hiring.
Zapier vs native Attio?
Prefer native CRM connectors. Use Zapier for tools without a connector.
API
Can I call GraphQL from a spreadsheet?
Not supported. Use Assessment REST, Zapier, or a partner backend.
Where is OpenAPI?
Assessment and Zapier are documented here. A machine-readable spec can be issued to integrators on request.
