Meetings and transcripts

Spoken evidence (pith, board, interview) is one of the strongest inputs to confidence.

Fireflies

When a meeting completes, Fireflies can notify Yareta. Transcripts are stored against the relevant founders/candidates. Connect the Fireflies account in Integrations and follow the in-app mapping to people.

Recall.ai

Yareta can use Recall.ai meeting bots to capture transcripts. Webhooks are verified; transcripts are attached to the correct records after mapping.

Zoom

Zoom OAuth is used where you connect calendar/meetings. Transcription is typically via Fireflies or Recall rather than Zoom’s own transcript API.

HeyGen (interactive avatar)

If your workspace includes Live avatar, the session runs in the browser. The transcript of that session is saved into Yareta as evidence (it can later inform success-profile content). You do not need a separate HeyGen admin setup beyond what Yareta enables for your org.

Tips

  • Tag meetings with the same email as the Yareta person record.
  • A transcript without a mapped person cannot be scored until you attach it in the UI.
