CRM — Attio, HubSpot, Airtable

CRM is the recommended entry point for investors and many hiring teams. Artefacts you already store (notes, files, meeting recordings) become evidence; scores can return as fields or links.

Attio

Deepest CRM integration. Yareta can:

  • Export companies / people / assessment outcomes into Attio.
  • Pull people, notes, and call recordings into Yareta (including for the app workspace).
  • Receive Attio webhooks when records, notes, or call recordings change.

Typical setup: connect Attio from Integrations, pick lists/objects, map Yareta score fields, enable webhooks (Yareta registers these for you).

HubSpot

Bidirectional deals and contacts:

  • Connect HubSpot with OAuth from the app.
  • Map deal/contact properties to Yareta fields.
  • Inbound HubSpot webhooks keep Yareta updated when CRM records change.

Airtable

Bidirectional bases and tables:

  • OAuth connect, pick base + table, map columns.
  • Yareta maintains the Airtable webhook subscription (Airtable webhooks expire; Yareta renews them so sync does not silently stop).

Mapping tips

  • Use stable unique IDs (email, CRM record id) so duplicates are not created.
  • Start with email + name + company + stage; add score fields once a test record looks right.
  • If a record does not appear, check filters (for example “only deals after date X”).
  • Do not map Yareta output onto a field your team still edits by hand without a naming convention (Yareta fit, Yareta confidence).

What success looks like

A founder or candidate created in CRM appears in the Yareta workspace, scores when evidence exists, and a Yareta URL + fit / confidence writes back to CRM without anyone copying fields.
