Glossary

Success Framework — Model of what good looks like for a role, team or use case, across requirements, skills, competencies, traits, culture and motivation. Pre-built or bespoke. Success Frameworks.

Team Success Framework — A Success Framework for a whole team or function (e.g. a high-performance sales team), built from outcomes of teams that succeeded or broke down. Teams.

Behavioural profile — Yareta’s read of a person, built from evidence they’ve already produced (CVs, decks, financial models, transcripts) and, optionally, the Yareta Assessment.

Success Framework Score — How closely a person or team matches the attached Success Framework.

Predictive Number — A Success Framework Score from a framework whose predictive validity has been proven against real outcomes. Shown only where a framework has earned it.

Calibration — How frameworks improve: as outcomes accumulate, weightings are re-fitted and released as a new framework version. Scores are never changed silently.

Outcome data — Real results linked to scored people and teams (hired, promoted, raised, exited, team performance), from Yareta’s proprietary data and customer integrations.

Yareta Assessment / Yareta DNA — Optional ~12-minute psychometric across six domains (Grit, Execution, Self-Belief, Vision & Purpose, Leadership, Discipline) and 25 sub-traits. Raises confidence. Distinct from AI-generated narrative in a report. Assessment.

Item — A single assessment question. 127 items make up the Yareta Assessment, each answered on a 1–6 scale and belonging to one of the 25 traits (or the validity scale). Assessment scoring methodology.

Validity scale (“Sensitivity”) — A social-desirability check built from 4 items. Not one of the 25 reported traits. Assessment scoring methodology.

Insights instrument — Additional L&D instrument from Insights (strategic partner), where your workspace has it enabled.

Scoring engine — Deterministic, config-driven component that owns every score. Language models do not output or edit those numbers.

Confidence — Low / Medium / High, based on the quality and quantity of evidence on file. Thin evidence ≠ poor fit. How scoring works.

Diligence flags — Issues raised against specific framework components.

Value-creation drivers — Where the person or team is likely to create value, relative to the framework.

Probing questions — Suggested questions to raise confidence, not to “game” a score.

Traffic light / triage — Fast Green / Amber / Red signal against your criteria. Decision support only.

Team view — Coverage, concentration and gaps across people scored on one framework. Teams.

Executive benchmark — Profile comparison against a cohort of top-performing leaders, used in development and charity programmes.

Human reviewer — Named person who makes the final people decision. How decisions are made.

Submission / company / candidate — A record you are scoring, with evidence attached.

MDD — Management due diligence pack (sections, participants, optional e-sign).

Assessed network — Yareta-assessed people you may request when your contract includes that source (not your CRM funnel).

Playground — Guided demo without your full CRM. Playground.

Credits — Usage units for billable scoring and reports. Billing.

Shared report — Capability URL for a snapshot. Treat like a password. (Reports hub coming soon.)

Developer API key — x-api-key for /api/v1. Shown once. Not a Zapier key. Authentication.

Zapier key — x-api-key for /api/zapier only.

OAuth client — For partner apps acting as a signed-in user. OAuth.
