Yareta Assessment
The Yareta Assessment (Yareta DNA in the product) is a short psychometric that adds dimensions beyond traits inferred from documents and calls.

It is optional. Passive evidence still scores; the instrument adds signal and typically lifts confidence.
When to send it
- You want higher confidence on a live founder or candidate
- You are screening at volume and want a consistent instrument on top of CVs
- You are building a team view and need comparable profiles
How participants take it
- You send Send assessment from a person, company, or shared-report flow — or share an organisation programme link.
- They open a tokenised link (they do not need a full Yareta workspace account).
- They complete mainly 1–6 scale items plus a small set of context questions.
- Results attach to their record and can roll into team reports.
Public / programme links may use yareta.co/assessment when you have been issued one.
The app also hosts Entrepreneur DNA at /entrepreneur-dna for public programme intake. Treat workspace invites as the system of record for client programmes tied to a specific candidate record.
Entrepreneur DNA (public programme)
Route: /entrepreneur-dna — no sign-in required for the default self-service entry (unless you arrive via an invite or candidate_id link).

Participants invited from the app use a tokenised invite link instead of the bare /entrepreneur-dna URL. Workspace operators should still use Send assessment from a person or company record when running a managed programme.
Invites expire. If someone is stuck, send a new invite (the previous token is superseded).
Insights
Where enabled, an Insights instrument (Insights is a strategic partner and a major European L&D provider) extends predictability beyond the inferred trait set. Participants follow the instructions in their email.
Third-party instruments
Hogan and Yareta reports you already hold can be ingested and translated into probes against your Success Framework. Ask Yareta if you need another publisher.
Embedding in your software
Use the Developer Assessment API with an organisation key (x-api-key) from your server (never a browser or mobile app):
- fetch the question schema
- submit answers
- retrieve scored results
- list industry benchmark tags
