Privacy and data

What you send to Yareta

Depending on how you work, Yareta may process:

  • Account identity (name, email)
  • Candidate / founder profiles and files you upload
  • CRM records you choose to sync
  • Meeting transcripts you connect
  • Assessment answers
  • Billing identifiers via Stripe

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share candidate and founder data with Yareta (typically legitimate interests or consent, depending on your jurisdiction and use case).

Customer access (no hidden keys in the UI)

Access is via the Yareta app and managed integrations. You are not given platform source code. API keys you create (developer, Zapier, OAuth client secrets) are your credentials — store them on a server, show-once, revoke if leaked. They are not embedded in the public website.

What we expect of customers

  • Do not upload data you are not allowed to share
  • Treat shared-report links like passwords
  • Disconnect integrations you no longer use
  • Keep API keys off devices and front-end bundles

AI disclosure

Customer-facing reports include EU AI Act Article 50-style disclosure that content is AI-assisted. Report edits are attributed.

Sub-processors

Core processing uses Yareta’s cloud providers (application hosting, file storage, email, payments). Model inference uses Yareta-selected providers under Yareta’s configuration. A current sub-processor list is available on request from connect@yareta.co.

Outcome enrichment from third-party professional datasets (where your programme uses it) is covered in your agreement, including permitted use and GDPR basis.

Data location and retention

Hosting is on enterprise cloud infrastructure. Retention follows your agreement; after cancellation, export and deletion are handled per contract.

Security (customer-relevant)

  • Authenticated app access (SSO options where enabled)
  • APIs require keys or OAuth tokens
  • You can revoke developer and Zapier keys
  • HTTPS in transit
